Welcome to The Shift

The Paradigm Shift is a carefully curated journey that facilitates the shedding of aged skin, helping you release old ideas and wounded beliefs, to create space for a new and empowered perspective of who you are and what you can become.

This is an invitation to drop into deeper layers of your subconscious, traveling waves of shamanically supported breathwork patterns that weave you through a series of crescendo evolutions coaxing you through each of your Chakra energy centres.

Starting your journey with the denser energy of the lower 3 Chakras, you are invited to observe your light and dark aspects, that which has served your expansion and is now ready for release, and that which is now asking for nurture and recalibration.

Progressing up to the 5D heart centre, we begin the activation series, initiating expansion, heart centredness and self appreciation, as we climb into the remaining Chakra energy centres.

Every step of the journey an invitation to expand and embrace new evolutions of yourself as your vibration becomes higher and your mind clearer.

Your creativity is your Soul Self in flow, when you are feeling creatively blocked it is because your energy has become stagnant and you are out of alignment with your authentic Self. This is when fears, doubts and limitations have crept in and taken dominion over your inner self expression.

What you can expect

This workshop has been designed to reignite your sense of freedom and help you restore your connection with your innate creativity.

In this two hour session you will be assisted in releasing your creative blocks to rediscover your playful, effervescent and naturally creative flow.

This will be initiated through a gentle exploration of movement, sound and connection, helping you tune back into your body, your sense of fun and your curiosity.

We will then invite you on a sacred journey into your heart where you will be led through a guided experience of self inquiry, and through the use of breath work, energy transmission and sound healing you will be enabled to clear your block.
