The Illumination Process.

As children we don't have the tools to support ourselves in emotionally challenging situations, which means we can often hold onto the energy of a charged situation in our subconscious and unwittingly allow it to influence the way we respond to everyday experiences. In this weeks tutorial Kay will guide you through a process that allows you to identify those specific experiences and the beliefs and behaviours that have stemmed from them about yourself.

Step 1

Download Workbook 2 and go through the Limiting Beliefs Transformation Process, printable version here.

Step 3

Limiting Beliefs are not always created from this life experience! They can be caused by past life experiences and generational trauma as well this life’s challenges. Use the Limiting Beliefs Clearing Meditation to shift your energy once and for all no matter the origin. Finish with Video 2.

Step 4.

I highly recommend you use the Forgiveness Meditation to seal the experience and reset yourself for the future.
